We suggest one of two ways.
Negotiate all the terms and conditions of Purchase/Sale via the Private Message Board (PMB). Once both parties are in agreement with all aspects of sale th Seller must accept the Buyer's Bid and the Buyer must agree to the purchase.
The Seller then initiates the purchase with the most secure way for both parties by depositing the funds (amount negotiated with the Seller) into "Safe Transfer". The Seller can then see that the funds will be available to him once re-registration of the domain has been concluded to the satisfaction of both parties. The Buyer can then release the funds to the Seller via his account manager.
In the event a Seller does not complete the transfer within the specified Closing date, the Buyer is then entitiled to a complete refund.
We offer a safe and secure transaction at KickAssDomainNames.com. The seller then transfers the name to you. If for some reason the seller fails to complete the transfer, you can either cancel the transfer of funds or notify us in the event of a dispute and KickAssDomainNames.com will refund the amount held in safe transfer.
Seller has selected the Buyer and both parties have come to an agreement on price and conditions of sale.
Seller requests that funds be deposited in KickAssDomainName's safe transfer account until the domain registration has been transferred to the new owner.
Buyer logs into his Account Manager and makes sure that funds are on deposit in his account. Buyer then clicks on "Safe Transfer" and enters in the amount to be held for safe transfer in the account of KickAssDomainNames. The Buyer then enters in the Seller's name and clicks on "Transfer Funds".
Seller can then view the funds sitting in KickAssDomainName's safe transfer account until domain transfer has been completed to the satisfiaction of both parties.
In the event of a dispute the following options are available:
Seller can cancel the receipt of the of Funds if terms of purchase are not met e.g. Insufficient funds on deposit in "Safe Transfer".
Buyer can request KickAssDomainNames Admin to return funds if transfer of domain not completed by Closing Date.
